The Returns Process


How do I return my order ? 

Place the items and the invoice in the prepaid return satchel you received in your order (If you no longer have your invoice, just write your name on a piece of paper)  and drop off the satchel to any Australia Post shop.  Once we received the item, we will get in contact with you to see if you would like to exchange or get store credit.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Normally it has to be within 30 days of your order. However, during the festive season (all purchases made in November and December), returns can be made within a 90 day period. 

When will my account be credited ?

When we receive your return, and it hasn't been dirtied or worn, we will credit your account with the purchase price. This usually takes between 3-5 business days from the time you initiate the return. 

Do I need to pay for return shipping ?

We have a no questions asked returns policy for domestic returns. You don't need to pay for return shipping, it's our shout. However if you are a customer outside of Australia, you will need to pay return shipping costs.

Can I get a refund ?

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have a right to a refund if there is a "major problem" with the goods you purchased. If you have a "major problem" we will give you a refund. If it is not a "major problem" we will issue you store credit or a discount code. 

Condition of Item

Sometimes here at YP Threads we have to take things seriously and we do have a few rules regarding returns. For us to be able to accept your return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any foreign smells/marks. We do deserve the right to refuse a return if we feel any of these terms are not met.
